For the location in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel we are looking for you as a Customer Resolution Specialist (m/w/d) in full time.

THERE HAVES:

• Care and maintenance of customer orders - from the supply creation to the order processing to the tracking, including processing of complaints and spare parts requests
• Building and securing high customer satisfaction through fast response times and qualified communication
• Maintenance of customer data and active support in the timely delivery of materials in cooperation with internal interfaces
• Customer training and support when using e-commerce platforms
• Work in cross-functional projects and take over representation tasks within the team

THE BRINGS WITH:

• Complete studies in the field of business management, supply chain / logistics or similar direction
• At least 2 years of professional experience in MRP / material procurement, in customer service / customer service and logistics
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Ideal knowledge in the field of aerospace
• English language skills
