Housemaster (m/w/d)

The location is assigned to the presidential administration, department E – properties, construction and technology, department E3 – real estate management. In the event of the tariff conditions, the remuneration shall be paid by category 5 TV-H.

Your tasks at a glance

• Execution of all masters at the JLU buildings in shiftwork (currently from 06:30 to 22:30) • Helping to carry out all kinds of moving and transport • Participation in the call for winter service outside regular working hours, weekends and holidays • General repair and repair work

Qualifications and competencies

• Completed vocational training as an electrician, plant mechanic/in SHK/gas/water installer/in or central heating and ventilation manufacturer/in, carpenters or the like with several years of professional experience • Funded craftsmanship, extensive technical understanding and physical operability • Willingness to participate in shiftwork and weekend and holiday work • Class BE driving licence • Good knowledge of MS Office standard programs • willingness to participate in training and training • Ability to act independently and independently • self-initiative, among others, to improve the operation, including energy saving • High collaborative capacity for employees, students, visitors, companies and the like
