Customer support: You are the first contact point for our customers – by phone, by email and via other channels Consulting & Sales: You not only advise customers on products and orders, but also recognize sales potentials and actively support upselling and cross-selling measures Project management: In low season, you take tasks in project management and drive our AI projects and process optimizations. Interface: You are in close contact with our product and quality management and provide insights into the development and optimization of products Documentation & Care: You care about all customer contacts carefully in the CRM system and ensure complete documentation Improvement: You bring your own ideas to optimize sales and service processes

Experience: You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and ideally experience in customer service or sales Sales sense: You are happy not only to serve customers, but also to provide sales advice and identify potentials Communication: You are contact-friendly, have a friendly look and convince by your solution-oriented work Organizational talent: You work structured, reliable and keep an overview even in stressful situations Language skills: You speak fluent German and can also communicate well in English IT-Affinity: You are safe to use MS Office and are happy to learn
