You will automatically process wage and salary billing according to internal policies and tax and social insurance regulations You implement administrative entry and exits as well as contract and fee changes, movement data, certification, master data and personal data management in cooperation with the billing service You're working on new contracts and you're considering the existing contracts of occupational retirement You will start analyses, reports, adhoc evaluations and key figures and reports to national and federal statistical offices You are working on monthly and annual accounts related to the billing of charges, such as preparation of payroll accounting, determination of provisions and billing, accounting You are a contact person:in case of wage and social insurance law and tax law issues

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with a further training in the field of personnel or pay billing You have a well-founded knowledge of labour, tax and social security law You bring multiannual professional practice in pay billing You are safe to use relevant HR systems and MS Office, especially Excel You have excellent communication skills, discretion and reliability as well as the ability to work independently and structured
