Project Ownership – Leading projects from commissioning to billing Sub-contractor coordination – engineers and sub-contractors commission appointments, make unpleasant decisions themselves Complaint processing – Take tickets from the Customer Success, clarify cause, commission responsible sub, close case Material order – trigger and maintain orders Invoicing – Check invoices, enforce deviations themselves, grant approval within defined scope

Construction – Training, occupation or both: Gewerk, Bau-TGA, Bautechnik, Bauleitung Interior Service, Warranty Management, etc. Suitable backgrounds: order processing, expertise, logistics & forwarding, building management, complaint management, coordination of events, technical services, purchasing & disposition. No exclusion criterion: study or university degree, master title or SHK training, heat pump or PV experience, leadership experience, formal project manager title.
