To 01.09.2026 we are looking for you! (m/d) in the project Training Management in Care and Education Bremerhaven (ABiP) in parttime (19 h/W)

The body shall be limited until 31 December 2027, subject to the grant. Please note that another 7h/W is to be occupied as coordination in the project. With appropriate suitability and interest, both positions can be combined.

What you expect:

• Planning and implementation of professional and professional Supporting lessons/teaching modules with reference to the field of care and education
• Close cooperation with the vocational school and technical school as well as with project management and project team (coordination and social education*in)
• Documentation and participation in the further development of the measure

What distinguishes you:

• They have completed training or studies in a relevant field (pedagogics, nursing, nursing or similar)
• Professional experience in the field of activity and adult education is advantageous
• They bring joy to practical, participating and language-sensitive teaching with
• They are characterized by intercultural competence as well as an appreciation and resource-oriented approach to people and heterogeneity
• They have an independent, solution-oriented and team-ready operation
• They are strong in communication and successfully shape cooperation with internal and external partners
• They have good computer skills and are safe to use the current MSOffice applications
