Technician/Engineer as Team Leader Quality Management in Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

You drive forward the site-wide construction and the continuous development of processes for sustainable quality improvement, thereby creating measurable added value for production and administration. The further development and standardization of the quality management system is one of your central responsibility and strengthens process security in the long term. By performing internal and external audits as well as cooperation in supplier management, you ensure the quality along the entire value chain. In the day-to-day operating business, you ensure compliance with the highest quality standards by testing, quality control and controlling internal testing processes. After the introduction, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a small QM team (3-4 people) and develop this in a targeted manner.

You have a completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable technical field – or alternatively a further education as a technician in the field of mechanical engineering or industrial engineering. Multiannual experience in quality management and well-founded knowledge of common methods such as FMEA or 8D enable a structured and sustainable quality improvement . Experience in handling standard test equipment and in test equipment management ensures safe operational quality assurance. First leadership experience or strong competence in the leadership of employees supports the successful construction and development of the team.
