Support of the branch management in the operational daily business Organisation and preparation of meetings, appointments and events Preparation of presentations, evaluations and decision templates Coordination and follow-up of projects in road transport construction Communication with internal departments, construction management and external partners Support for supply and order processes Management of documentation, contracts and reports General administrative and organisational activities

Completed commercial training (e.g. office management, industrial merchants, etc.) First professional experience, ideally in construction or project-related environment, but advantageously no requirement Structured, independent and reliable operation Organisational strength and communication skills Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Interest in technical and economic relations Teamability, discretion and responsibility
