The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. Your tasks

• You advise our customers in all ServiceNow modules focusing on ITSM/CSM both in business processes and in ITSM processes with the help of ITIL
• You analyze processes, evaluate transitions and carry out cost estimates and risk assessments
• You create technical designs of applications and interfaces and represent the overall solution in the concept
• You take the architectural responsibility for ServiceNow projects, tax smaller project teams and plan and implement projects
• You organize customer appointments and guide meetings, workshops and presentations

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable training in the IT sector with several years of professional experience
• You have experience in designing, architecture and implementing IT solutions based on ServiceNow
• You have a ServiceNow certification in one or more modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD) and live an agile operation (SCRUM, Kanban)
• You are happy to conduct workshops and know presentation techniques to accommodate requirements
• You have good communication skills, reliable knowledge of German and English and complete your profile with team skills, independent working and high flexibility
