As a laboratory manager*in test services Sanitary products (w/m/d) take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a 20-person team at the Würzburg and Nuremberg site. You organise the laboratory unit, coordinate the sanitary testing procedures for domestic use and ensure the timely execution of all the inspection activities that are carried out. In doing so, you are responsible for the laboratory and manage the tasks in your area of responsibility economically and reliably. You continuously develop processes, drive standardization and automation and implement all QM-relevant requirements for maintaining laboratory accreditation according to DIN EN ISO 17025. In addition, align test procedures with the respective test requirements, update quality work instructions and test bases, monitor the correct application of all methods and measurement systems and process complaints including error analysis and corrective measures.

Successfully completed studies in the field of supply engineering, supply engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification with corresponding professional experience Professional experience in sanitary, ideally related to sanitary products for domestic use, testing services or quality assurance Multiannual experience in the leadership of employees and in their promotion and further development Knowledge of quality assurance, especially in the environment of DIN EN ISO 17025, as well as basic business knowledge related to cost control and budget planning German language skills in at least C1 level and good English skills
