Proactive support in the strategic development of the three German production sites in close coordination with the Plant Manager Responsibility for managing and implementing engineering projects, including CAPEX planning, tracking and budget control Review of the work needs, as well as testing and communication of the possibilities of use of free work capacities vis-à-vis stakeholders Continuous optimization of the product portfolio to increase the efficiency of production lines (“Cut the Tail”) in close cooperation with production planning and business units Control and implementation of product-related changes, including adjustments to products, packaging and processes Ensuring successful preparation and introduction of new products Initiation and control of plant and site projects at all three locations, including interface management with relevant specialist areas (e.g. production, continuous improvement, more) Harmonization and optimization of production processes at our production sites

Complete study with a focus on technology or food technology, a further education to the technician/master or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an industrial environment Experience in project management desirable Secure handling of MS Office, WinCC and SAP English knowledge in word and writing Impressive strength and communication skills
