You as a handler: You are responsible for the implementation of business policy objectives in the Business Customers segment in the Business Centre and are the representative of the Head of Business Customers. You as a thinker: you participate in the operational and conceptual development of the business center and shape a future-oriented orientation. As an optimiser, you are driving up and expanding digital skills in a modern hybrid work environment and contributing to the ongoing optimization of procedures and work processes. You as a manager: you are responsible for the discipline and professional management of business customer consulting in the business center. You as a supervisor: You will create a holistic proactive and reactive consultancy for our existing and new customers per segment (consultation, solution finding, contract negotiation). You as a contact partner: You take representative activities in the business and commercial segments.
