Capture and monitor customer orders (from input to invoice) Check incoming customer orders for completeness and accuracy Ensure that all requirements are met and clarify, set and track delivery dates Monitor and coordinate material orders and assembly orders in cooperation with purchasing and work preparation Maintenance of master data and documentation of all orders

A completed commercial or technical training with corresponding further training or Professional experience First professional experience in order processing and sales services Self-responsible and targeted operation Interdisciplinary thinking and action Good user knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Ideally knowledge in handling ERP systems Safe handling in German and English
