Project manager with international projects - 40% home office option (m/f/d)

Your responsibility lies in the commercial, technical and organizational control of the timely, costly, and effortless implementation of our international lightweight building projects. You coordinate both internal (distribution, supply chain management, planning, disposition) and external interfaces (in particular contractors and subcontractors) and make sure that all external and internal project participants receive all necessary information and preparatory work in time. Based on the hall configurations that you get transferred to the start of the project from the sales department, you will first select piece lists for components and materials from our system module and define capacity requirements for personnel use, tools and services. In the event of obstacles and conflicts in the project sequence, you act as a powerful moderator, mediator and deescalation point. You spend most of your working time at our company headquarters in Hennef and visit the project-related construction sites in Germany and Europe (10% maximum).

Successfully completed training or a successfully completed study, ideally with technical or constructional reference (e.g. economic engineer, civil engineer, mechanical engineer, architect, construction engineer, structural engineer, structural engineer, structural designer, technical designer, technical system planner, civil engineer, technical farmer, industrial merchant, metal builder or carpenter with further training as technician or master (*gn)). Alternatively, you also convince us as a training-sided person with corresponding professional experience in the technically shaped project business (e.g. in trade fair construction, stage construction, event construction, facade construction, framework construction, metal construction, plant construction, mast construction, wind power, solar installations etc.). Practical experience in the areas of project management, project management, project management, project management, construction management, work preparation, production planning, production control, order center, order processing or similarly stored areas. Flowing German and English knowledge at least on level B2. Organisational skills, implementation strength and very good communication skills. Safe handling of MS-Office, experiences with an ERP system of advantage but not necessarily assumed. Project-related sporadic national and, where appropriate, European readiness to travel (max. 10 %).
