You coordinate the maintenance and maintenance of our HKLS systems and take over the control of external service providers. You plan and accompany the modernization of technical facilities and undertake projects in the HKLS area You support the further development of our technical building equipment with the focus on efficiency, operational safety and sustainability. The maintenance of the necessary documentation falls within your task area.

Complete training as a plant mechanic SHK or a comparable qualification. Master (m/w/x) or technician (m/w/x) of the Department of Supply Technology, Heating, Sanitary and Building Technology. Professional experience in the field of heating, ventilation and sanitary technology. Self-sponsored, responsible working and strong team and communication skills. Structured, analytical and economic thinking. Willingness to occasionally call and separate bets on weekends
