Engineer or Geoscientist – Contaminated Site Management (m/f/d)

You are planning to use anti-trust measures, evaluate the necessary measures on a monetary basis and create the planning of measures. You take over the technical examination of regulations and speak directly with regulatory and technical authorities in individual cases. You create and control the old load cataster for the BImA, including cost and financial planning, balance sheet tasks, provisions and coordination with all stakeholders of the old load processing. You are also the contact person for technical questions of all project participants and take over the professional management of external experts. In case of legal disputes relating to contamination, you will advise in all matters relevant to liability. You advise on sales preparation, property development and contract management for old loads, combatants and contamination-related property topics incl. the processing of political and media requests. In the integration and further development of the central old-load management, including process implementation, design and implementation of training as well as technical basic and committee work, you will be involved. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace, service trips are incurred within the framework of more than 20 days per year, including throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have a completed academic degree (uni‐diplom/master) of the geosciences, environmental technology or engineering sciences or a comparable qualification. Competences: You have several years of professional experience in assessing/assessing/renovating old loads, in particular PFAS contaminations. You shall bring knowledge of the relevant legal areas of environmental law. You have experience in project management and project management of old load projects. You have basic knowledge of the subject of combatant risks and combatant clearing. You also have basic knowledge of GIS applications. Basic knowledge of the application of SAP or similar tools is desirable. You have Microsoft Office knowledge.
