Workshop support: You support our production by building practical devices (e.g. tailor-made shelves, brackets or order systems). Process optimization: You have an eye for processes and help us make jobs more ergonomic and structured. All-round craftsmanship: where a hammer, a saw or a cordless screwdriver is needed, you are at the place.

It would be WOW if you brought this here:

Handicraft skills: You have experience in dealing with wood, metal or common tools - whether from the profession or as a passionate homeworker. Self-working: You see where work is at hand, think with and implement projects independently. Eye for improvements: You want to optimize things and make processes easier (“Don’t worry, there’s not”). Communication: You speak German fluently so that agreements in the workshop can work smoothly.
