Our kita consists of a crib area with up to 30 children and an elementary area with up to 50 children. The Kita was built directly into the old Frohbotschaftskirche. It was inaugurated in early 2019 with its new and bright rooms. Through our open / semi-open concept and with well-thought and beautifully designed functional spaces, we can offer the children impulses to try new things, to strengthen skills and needs and to pursue new learning processes in their personal interests. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience in working with children in elementary areas Experience in the field of everyday-integrated language promotion (optional language kita, German as a second language) and knowledge about everyday-integrated language formation, multilingualism and intercultural pedagogy, observation and documentation procedures Ability to self-structure the work area and independent work Sensitivity for cultural diversity
