Quality Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Our plant in Memmingen (Allgäu) is responsible for equipping electronic assemblies, microwave technology, final production, final testing and delivery of most Rohde & Schwarz products. But customers outside the Rohde & Schwarz-Firmengruppe can also rely on the great know-how of the plant. Support our team at the next possible time

• independent analysis of key faults in the high-end electronics environment for electronic assemblies, components and circuit boards

• selection of suitable methods for the systematic determination of causes of errors and influencing factors and validation of results using modern measurement technology

• Initiation, organisation and moderation of cross-cutting, material-related quality decision bodies

• Regular coordination with internal departments and external partners, e.g. component suppliers, structured problem solving and sustainable quality improvement

• Complete study of electrical engineering or comparable qualification

• Experience in the field of electronic assemblies and equipment production desirable

• knowledge of circuit technology, measurement technology and electronic components

• Understanding relevant manufacturing processes in electronics production

• Experience in the use of common quality management methods (e.g. Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D)

• Structured, self-responsive and targeted working in the analytical environment

• Sovereign occurrence in cross-departmental votes and in the moderation of technical decision-making processes

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (German at least B2)
