• With your knowledge you are responsible for the preparation and appealing presentation of dishes in the à la carte area, events and catering.

• You plan and organize the daily routines in the kitchen and make sure that quality and hygiene regulations are complied with at any time.

• The goods ordering and acceptance, the control of the delivered products and the professional storage are also part of your task.

• In addition, you will actively participate in the creation of varied menus, daily offers and catering and bring your own ideas.

• Together with the kitchen team, you will ensure a smooth process and contribute to the success of our gastronomic offers.

• Your completed training as a cook/cooker or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your qualifications and allows you to apply advanced knowledge in food preparation.
