We're looking for you! Be part of something big: Together we design the fiber-optic infrastructure in northwest Germany. For our subsidiary, the glass fiber NordWest Connect GmbH & Co. KG, we are looking for an experienced management personality at our site in Oldenburg. As a department manager in the order management, you take the overall responsibility for the professional, disciplinary and organizational management of your team. You ensure efficient operational operation, control external civil engineering partners and ensure that agreed corporate targets are consistently transferred to operational implementation.

Reference number: 12898 Management & Responsibility: You run the team order control professionally, disciplinely and organizationally. Interface management: You will ensure a structured and efficient cooperation between internal departments and external partners. Operational control: You coordinate the relevant processes and ensure that the processes work reliably in the daily business. Application and appointment planning: You control the scheduling and deployment of our own engineers and ensure the necessary and efficient utilization of the available capacities. Partner management: You are responsible for cooperation with our external civil engineering partners and continuously develop them. Optimization: You recognize potential for improvement early and implement suitable measures together with the stakeholders. Target achievement: You keep the agreed corporate goals in mind and ensure their implementation in your area of responsibility.

For this responsible position, we are looking for a personality that combines leadership with a pronounced understanding of the process and interfaces and also keeps an overview in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you bring the following skills: Multiannual professional experience in disposition, project or order management, ideally in the field of fiber and/or telecommunications infrastructure Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees A pronounced understanding of the process and interest in digital transformation Entrepreneurial and economic thinking and a high sense of responsibility A structured, solution-oriented and independent operation Communication strength, enforcement and organisational skills
