Your tasks:

• You take telephone calls from bank customers and take care of their concerns on issues such as accounts, authorizations and payment transactions
• You agree with the bank advisors
• You help with user problems in online and mobile banking
• In addition to the telephone service, you also process customer requests in the chat or via e-mail
• You don't have to sell anything! You are anticipating and helping customers find the right solutions for them

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training in the field of customer consulting or cross-comers with interest in customer support
• Communication strength and a pronounced service idea
• You are customer-oriented and enjoy working with people
• You work independently and targeted in the team
• You have good German skills in word and writing
• You are flexible and ready to work in the 2-shift system (Mo-So, 7-12 clock & 14-22 clock). Flexible layer design is possible.
