What makes you so special as an apprentice at Upstalsboom? In a family, the youngest receive the greatest attention – why shouldn't this be in a company?! This is exactly what our managing director Bodo Janssen thought when he first presented his idea of “The Tour of Life” in January 2015. Today, the “tour of life” is an integral part of the training program with us. We want to show our trainees what You are able to jump over their shadows and make them courageous. In future, the tour of life is planned every two years. After the first tour of life on the Kilimandscharo, nine of our trainees went to Spitzbergen in 2018. For 10 days, our Azubis faced the challenges of dealing with silence, polar bears, snow, ice and glacier crevices and all this on skis. Use also the opportunity to become part of the ''tour of life''!
