Isselburg, hybrid You support the recruiting process – e.g. in the switching of job advertisements, the initial view of applications and in the coordination and appointment of interviews with the departments You support recruiting activities such as events at the location or participation in career fairs You carry out administrative tasks, such as the preparation of BR hearings, employment contracts or contract changes You support the exit process, e.g. through the care of termination data and the organisation of exit talks You participate in special projects and support the team in personal management in the daily business

You are currently in an ongoing study of economics, business management, (economic)psychology or comparable and have not yet completed this You can easily handle the current MS Office programs With organizational skills, commitment and service orientation, you will address your tasks Your knowledge of German is very good in word and writing
