What is our heart: You are registered:r Student:in the degree course of Economics or a comparable degree course in the commercial field and communicate very well in German (min. C1) and well in English (min. B2). A safe handling of Microsoft Office programs in particular Excel is of course for you. Ideally, you have already gained experience with SAP and Salesforce, which help you quickly and efficiently work into our systems.

Your tasks: Processing of service activities with SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant programs Competent creation and maintenance of internal service orders and processing of orders according to internal and external capacities Examination of the creation and maintenance of internal service orders and processing according to internal guidelines and processes Persecution of delivery/performance dates and communication with participating bodies Regular updating of order and master data information in service tools to ensure the current status
