Controller (m/f/d)

As a controller at FilaTech you are the central contact person for all questions of financial planning, analysis and control. You provide sound basis for decision-making for the management and specialist departments and contribute significantly to the economic stability and further development of our company. This is what awaits you in detail: Implementation of target-actual analyses and preparation of results for management Economic and profitability analyses for projects, products and investments Development of key figures, reports and dashboards Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Advising the departments on business questions Construction and maintenance of a structured cost control Liquidity planning and participation in cash management Further development of controlling processes and cooperation with IT related to BI/ERP systems Inventory responsibility incl. planning, implementation and evaluation

What you bring Study of BWL, economics or comparable qualifications At least 5 years of professional experience in the financial sector, preferably in controlling Knowledge of financial planning, cost accounting and reporting Experience with ERP systems (AIDA-ORGA of advantage) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI) Analytical Strength, Structured Operation and Communicative Competence
