With external sales of around 12.24 billion euros and around 76,000 employees (including self-employed retailers and nearly 3,400 trainees), the EDEKA Minden-Hannover is the largest sales of a total of seven regional companies in the cooperatively organized EDEKA association. With the training as a fresh specialist or a fresh specialist, you will ensure two IHK degrees at once. With your learned freshness expertise, you supervise the merchandise industry and actively support various tasks in our market - especially in the field of fresh goods such as e.g. fruit, vegetables, bakery, cheese, fish, meat and wine.
