Submitting, testing and maintaining heating cost accounting query, collection and processing of counter lists Examination of accounts Reporting and maintenance of user changes Auditing and accounting Written and telephone correspondence with owners and service providers on accounting questions Takeover of project tasks such as the organisation of drinking water tests, smoke alarm tests etc. Close cooperation with property managers within the team

Embossed numerical affinity and a high degree of care and accuracy High sense of responsibility and absolute reliability Self-employed, structured working with a view to relationships Joy in a trusted, professional cooperation with customers and colleagues Rest and overview also in work-intensive phases Complete training in the real estate sector or commercial training with basic knowledge in WEG management Experience as a WEG account holder (m/w/x) is advantageous Knowledge of DOMUS software is desirable, but no requirement
