Master / technician or equivalent degree in metal or electrical fields Multiannual professional and leadership experience Know-how in project management, management and occupational safety Methods: Logical thinking, ability to decelerate, self-organization, target and solution orientation as well as skills Communication competence: Criticism and conflictability as well as voting and information skills Personal competence: stress resistance, flexibility, willingness to develop, reflectivity and commitment
