IT Architect (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the overall architecture in the ART – for example for our SAS-based CRM platform in the marketing environment – and you develop sustainable architecture concepts for professionally and technically complex systems. In addition, you support us in the development of future architectural solutions and technical integrations for further topics in the context of cooperation with banks & sales and the cooperative financial network. In close cooperation with development teams, departments, product management and IT, you define integrated target architectures (API, intersections, data flows) and ensure their consistent implementation in stable, scalable, performant and safe solutions. In cooperation with Product Management, you translate complex technical and technical requirements into viable architecture concepts, Epics/Features/Enabler and solution designs, creating a resilient foundation for refinements and implementation in the development teams. You evaluate technological options, define binding architecture standards and meet strategic technology decisions to ensure a future-proof and consistent system landscape. You coach developers and developers as well as other technical roles in architecture and design issues, promote a common understanding of architecture principles and strategy in ART and support the introduction and use of modern technologies and tools. You are part of the management team in the ART, sees direction and actively brings your experience into strategic decisions.

Complete study of economics, economic information, computer science or comparable qualifications. Multiannual experience as a software or system architect is assumed. Ideally you have experience in larger, distributed system landscapes in the financial services or insurance industry. You have practical experience in designing and implementing integration solutions (batch/realtime/streaming), designing robust data models and secure operation of SAS-based solutions in hybrid or cloud environments (ideal Microsoft Azure). Experiences with Gitlab as a DevSecOps platform are of advantage. You are able to derive a clear architectural runway from business strategy, roadmaps and Epics, to translate it into enablers, platform backlogs and technical roadmaps and thus to plan the long-term development of the CRM and composite landscape. Experiences with agile methods in agile, scaled organisations, ideally based on SAFe, are advantageous. Competence of structuring complex relationships, clearly prioritizing and meeting well-founded decisions, paired with sovereign appearance and pronounced communication and conflict resolution capability. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. B2-C1).
