Shift Supervisor Production (m/f/d)

Conducting and motivating employees in the divided layer, as well as carrying out feedback and assessment talks Responsibility for internal reporting, coordination of the shift reports of the team management and initiation of the necessary measures Continuous further development of the production area and close coordination with the production management during the planning and coordination of the daily production process Ensuring smooth and efficient production operations in compliance with quality and hygiene standards Good cooperation with internal interfaces (laborator, maintenance and quality assurance) Implementation of computer-assisted documentation of work steps Creating checklists and further development of production processes Quick and efficient solution of technical and organizational problems during the shift

Multiannual experience in leading employees and teams Experiences in the food industry as well as knowledge about quality standards and the IFS standard are advantageous Solution-oriented operation and clear focus on efficiency and continuous improvement Work in 3-shift operation Very good technical understanding, therefore a technical training is advantageous Ability to quickly capture and optimize production plants and processes Good knowledge of MS Office & SAP Good communication and team skills, as well as commitment, reliability and care Strategic and goal- and solution-oriented thinking and working methods
