Your duties In this role, you are an important interface between sales, order processing, product disposition and financial accounting. The focus is clearly on order processing. Purchasing topics and creditor processes take part and after a structured incorporation. Installation and commercial testing of incoming customer orders in the ERP system Ensuring correct contractual and compliance bases (prices, payment and delivery conditions) tuning with internal interfaces for timely order processing Procurement of warehouse goods as well as project-related materials (partially) Pick up, compare and trigger orders Monitor delivery dates and follow if required Care and evaluation of our suppliers (e.g. appointment, cooperation) Support in the further development of our purchasing and settlement processes Checking, consolidating and coordinating creditor accounts (no single payment or closing) You contribute to our projects being handled economically clean and customer orders are reliably implemented.

Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman or similar) Experience in order processing and/or purchasing Safe handling of commercial principles (conditions, payment and delivery conditions) Structured and independent operation Communication strength and team capacity Very good knowledge of German and good English for regular communication with international customers Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office (in Excel)
