You are responsible for the complete telephone and written consultation of existing and new customers on the tariffs, products and services of ENTEGA. The processing of customer data and their documentation in the systems are your tasks. When processing case-closing written customer requests, we rely on your expertise. The communication of complex relationships and individual solutions completes your task area.

Experience in customer support in the field of telecommunications Very good communication capability and joy at customer contact High service understanding coupled with good sensitivity Safe handling of current MS Office applications and customer management systems (R1, VTS, SAP-ISU advantageous) Text and style security in word and writing for all forms of communication in German (comparable level B2 CEFR)
