Heading and control of the external and internal sales services with approx. 9 employees Developing the strategy for the business unit based on actual situation, SWOT, as well as market and competition analysis Development of the BMS sales organisation, analysis and optimization of the performance portfolio, establishment of efficient structures and processes Optimization of interfaces to technology / engineering and project management Control and implementation of sales targets Increasing and expanding personal relationships at decision-making level, as well as representing the company with customers, trade fairs, forums and other events in the market Support for the sales service in the management of contract negotiations in key projects or with key customers Advising the sales service during the project planning / layout of systems & installations; Ideas and impulses for solving questions and problems

At least five years of successful sales experience in machine, plant or special machine construction, ideally in the medium-sized environment, with detectable sales and market successes Multiannual experience in managing, controlling and developing sales teams Practice in the construction and optimization of sales structures, processes and control instruments Sovereign handling of key accounts and international customers, ideally connected to a resilient customer network in the food, dairy, packaging or special machinery industry Ability to design tailor-made solutions in close coordination with the main stakeholders of the project using modularised products Structured, targeted and result-oriented working methods as well as safe handling of modern sales and management methods
