Successfully completed personal economic studies or commercial training Knowledge of labour laws and the collective agreement Metal NRW and knowledge of social security and tax law Experience in payroll accounting, as well as knowledge in Veda Horizon are beneficial Excellent communication and conflict resolution capabilities Flowing German and English skills Ability to promote a positive working environment and build strong relationships
