For an academic teaching hospital, we are looking for a full-time assistant physician for neurology (m/w/d).

It is a certified Stroke Unit that works closely with colleagues in neurosurgery. The department's focus is on providing stroke patients, skull-brain trauma, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, neuromuscular diseases, etc. In addition, your training in neurophysiological diagnostics (sonography, EEG, ENG/EMG, evoked potentials. The full competence for further training to the specialist neurology is present.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the outpatient care of patients (m/w/d)
• Conservative as well as outpatient operative care
• Self-responsible billing and documentation
• IGel performance
• Close cooperation with our other specialist disciplines and outpatient physiotherapy and ergotherapy

Your tasks:

• Execution of medical examinations in patients and creation of anamneses
• Evaluation of the results and writing of findings
• Creating dismissal reports
• Participation in training events
• takeover of standby services
• Emergency care for patients

Your profile:

• You have a successful degree as a doctor (m/w/d)
• You are interested in further education in neurology
• It would be advantageous if you are already in advanced training
• You are happy with the team work
• Your working style is characterized by reliability and high sense of responsibility
• Your strengths include flexibility, excellent team skills and openness for your task
• Prerequisite: German Approbation and C1 Language Level
