Senior Controller - Business Intelligence / Reporting (m/f/d)

We are a medium-sized company, which was founded in 1996 and specializes in the distribution of trailer couplings, electric sets for cars and transporters. Through targeted advertising measures, exclusive customer support through our call center, our help line and the use of modern communication options (see also Telekom Success Story) we have achieved sales growth of 50-100% annually in the past.

For many years in the German-speaking countries, we have been increasingly focusing on foreign countries in recent years and successfully opening country shops in France, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland. For more than 4 years, the company has also started a new path in Germany with its own assembly concept, parallel to the current online shop and has already opened over 30 mounting support points, distributed throughout Germany. Customers can now install and release your purchased trailer coupling complete set. You work closely with business leaders and department leaders to identify challenges and develop suitable solutions You take responsibility for financial planning, budgeting and forecasting You create meaningful financial reports and presentations for management and shareholders or Investors You support strategic projects and investment decisions, monthly financial statements and cost management tasks You carry out and define deviation analyses and cost-effectiveness calculations as well as implement KPIs to control the operating business You work with the implementation and further development of the new Data Analytics Platform (BigQuery and PowerBI)

You have at least 3-5 years relevant professional experience You have a good understanding of data models and user knowledge in BI systems (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, ...) You have advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, and knowledge of financial / ERP systems (ideally SAP and LucaNet) You have a proactive & innovative mentality with the interest of developing control systems and processes You are a:e team player:in with hands-on mentality, strong enforcement ability and interest in digitization and AI use You work structured, independent and have pronounced analytical & conceptual skills and good language skills in German and English
