Your dual study The operational training at the Döhler Group headquarters in Darmstadt: Changing between practical use at the headquarters in Darmstadt and lectures at the University of Applied Sciences in Geisenheim, you will run all the exciting food technology departments of an international company in the food and beverage industry. Working throughout the process of quality assurance in the production of raw materials, flavors and fruit juice concentrates... Quality assurance: Quality management and risk assessment Food Analytics: Quality Control and Microbiology Food law and process optimization Certification management: int. and ext. Auditing The theoretical training at the Geisenheim University of Applied Sciences gives you the following contents Basic studies (1st - 2nd semester): Food law, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Process Engineering & General Chemistry Food Safety (3rd – 4th semester): Food Safety Analytics, Quality Management, Food Science & Audit Business studies (5th and 6th semesters): various elective modules and case study project Course duration: 6 semesters (3 years)
