As a (Senior) Manager of Strategic Finance & Projects, you will design the future of the company with the support of company-wide initiatives in the following areas: Advice: You advise our Management Board and our Senior Management in the areas of commercial strategy and organizational excellence Business development: You develop proposals for (further) development of strategic business models as well as optimisation measures and accompany methodological change and innovation processes in the financial sector Project Management: You initiate and guide interdisciplinary projects with a focus on a commercially successful implementation and corresponding financial impact Success assurance: You take over the commercial evaluation of optimization measures and business model innovations You guide action recommendations that are critical for the commercial success of company-wide initiatives You also support project teams selected by method in the implementation phase

You have successfully completed your Master's degree in Economics or a comparable course of studies You are convinced by well-founded experience in a comparable position or, for example, in business development, in-house consulting or similar positions You have been able to gain in-depth experience in structuring and managing projects with multiple stakeholders (even with relevant methodology) You have fun in understanding complex relationships and developing and implementing solution-oriented concepts Furthermore, you want to advance optimization and innovation projects and also like to think beyond the plate edge You complete your profile with excellent knowledge in MS Office and presentation skills Hays stands for diversity and actively advocates opportunities and participation.
