Senior Advisor Corporate Finance - M&A / Financing (m/f/d)

You conduct complex corporate finance mandates and structure and implement corporate and acquisition financing You advise on company successes, MBO/MBI transactions and company changes You develop individual financing concepts with the involvement of banks, funding institutions and alternative investors You carry out financing analyses and capital structure optimizations and present decision-making templates for clients: You negotiate with banks, savings banks and cooperative banks and bind funding institutions, joint ventures and mezzanine investors You coordinate the entire financing process until closing and accompany due diligence processes and contract negotiations

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Economics or a comparable qualification You have multi-year professional experience in corporate finance, corporate finance or corporate customer business You possess sound knowledge in the areas of corporate financing, credit analysis, capital structure, corporate assessment, funding, acquisition and follow-up financing You are safe in dealing with annual accounts and business planning and thinking as well as acting entrepreneur You have a strong consulting and negotiation competence as well as a high self-initiative and self-organisation You stand up in a sovereign manner at the level of management and shareholders and have a sales affinity as well as joy in the production of new customers
