Due to the diversity of our educational, nursing and commercial skills, we offer around 1,300 people outpatient assistance and special living forms – personalized and socially adapted to the needs of our clients. In our daily works, around 300 clients are active – whether cookies bake, garden care, office service, innkeepers or legoramps – creativity is (almost) not limited. The assistance service currently provides services for around 20 employees. The assistance benefits are provided in their own harassment and in the social area. You carry out resource-oriented assistance planning and organise staff-centric, social-spatial assistance services for people with disabilities. You offer assistance and counselling in the quarter and in the personal social area You advise and support the assistants in an independent way of life, including the acquisition of primary care activities Both assistance and the takeover of night willingness, the design of educational and group offers and weekend services are planned individually.

You have a completed training as a healer in, educator in, or comparable educational qualification with professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX) Experience in working with people with individual life plans Significant positioning with regard to personal centering and social-spatial work Open and clear communication, with expert knowledge, among others in supported communication Structured, independent and reflected mode of operation High motivation for teamwork, creativity and spontaneity in everyday design Assessment and empathy for the needs of assistants Interest in continuous, professional training and further development Willingness to work in shiftwork (night service, weekends, holidays) The mission of our foundation reflects our Christian self-image and forms the basis of your action.
