Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible for around 13,200 motorway kilometers as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures. To support our team at the Northeast branch, we will look for you as a specialist (w/m/d) real estate and properties, techn. Building management.

Planning, tendering and awarding of the entertainment and repair services (U/I services) to buildings including Auxiliary installations, technical installations and their accounting. Monitoring and, where appropriate, repair of the plants of supply (HLS, climate, electricity, waste water pump, transformer stations) Auditing of service providers Monitoring of jobs in terms of technical functionality after rental Technical assistance for processing into service contracts/contract management

State-certified technician in the field of facility / real estate management, electrical engineering, technical building equipment or related fields or equivalent knowledge and experience Comprehensive knowledge of house and property management as well as relevant legal provisions and regulations Learning knowledge of the German language Car Lead Certificate (Grades B)

That would be desirable: Knowledge of contract, procurement and real estate law (including BGB, VOB/A, UVgO, VgV, GWB, VOL/B, BauGB, LBauO of countries (M-V, BB, BE), GewO, EstG, GBO, WoVermittG) Knowledge about SAP RE-FX

Group of charges: E9a The remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
