As a production aider (m/w/d), you support an established foundry company in Drolshagen in the production of high-quality metal castings.

You actively participate in the production process and contribute to a smooth process and a high product quality with your careful work.

A structured incorporation as well as fixed layer times give you a long-term and secure perspective.

• Preparation of models, tools and auxiliary materials for production
• Production of sand molds and sand cores according to specifications
• Construction, testing and reworking of moulds
• Support in melt preparation and casting of molds
• Working in the ongoing production process and ensuring order and quality

We are looking for

• Interest in metal processing and a basic technical understanding
• Willingness to work in shiftwork
• Self-employed, reliable and conscientious operation
• Team skills, commitment and openness to learn new things
• Physical resilience for activities in the production environment
• First experience in production or foundry is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary
