Your tasks in detail:

TGA construction line with responsibility: They independently manage demanding construction projects in the field of electrical and supply technology – from planning to turnkey handover.

Quality that convinces: They ensure a technically non-immigrant, timely execution and stand for the highest standards at the construction site.

Coordination at eye level: They run teams, manage contractors and ensure the smooth running of the project on a daily basis.

Budget & Timing under control: You always keep costs and deadlines in mind – with a view to the big whole and feel for details.

Communication with effect: As a central point of intersection, you are convinced by clear communication and build trusting partnerships with customers and project participants.

Successfully completed master or construction engineering training in electrical or utility technology or studies with specialist construction (e.g. TGA engineering, electrical engineering, utility technology, energy, building and environmental technology). Experience in the TGA building management of SF projects and an affinity for building in stock. Comprehensive knowledge in costing, VOB, technical regulations, planning and construction of building equipment. Communicative and sovereign occurrence, enforcement and solution-oriented thinking. Ability to motivate teams and manage projects structured and targeted. Responsibility, precision and the need to implement projects with the highest quality.
