On behalf of our customer, a leading company in the field of technical building management and maintenance, we are looking for a home technician (m/w/d) - troubleshooting and troubleshooting.

♪ Your future task:

• Detection, analysis and elimination of technical faults in building systems
• Maintenance and maintenance work to ensure operational readiness

• Cooperation with internal teams and external service providers

Your profile for Haustechniker (m/w/d) - Troubleshooting:

• Completed vocational training as an electronic engineer for building technology (m/w/d) or comparable qualification, plant mechanic (m/w/d) or, maintenance and service technician (m/w/d) in the area of heating, ventilation, plumbing (HLS)
• Experience in maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment
• Good basic technical understanding, especially in fault analysis and troubleshooting
• German language and writing
• Team-oriented, structured and responsible operation
• Class B driving licence
• ready for use in the 3-layer system
