Project Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)

Project portfolio management You build a central, company-wide project and initiative portfolio and plead it. You create complete transparency about projects and strategic measures. You analyze risks, dependencies and resource needs. You regularly carry out portfolio analyses regarding benefits, risk, regulatory relevance and strategic contribution. You consolidate and prepare portfolio reports for management. Priority and resource management You support capacity and resource planning across area boundaries. You identify the resource and target conflicts as well as overloads and underloads. You prepare the prioritization and voting processes and also take over the moderation. Governance Management & Executive Reporting You advise and inform relevant decision and control bodies. You are responsible for the documentation and follow-up of decisions and decisions. You make sure that defined governance standards are complied with. You are responsible for transparency about project progress and implementation levels. You are the first executive dashboards, management reports and decision-making documents for management and management. Professional qualifications You have a successful degree. You have experience in building or developing governance and control systems. You have good methodological knowledge and practical experience in project portfolio management. You can safely handle management reporting, KPI systems and decision templates. You could already gain experience in management consulting or as (strategic) board assistant. Personal competencies You are characterized by pronounced analytical and conceptual skills. You have a high self-initiative and a willingness to design, a high level of implementation and a high level of structural and organizational competence. You have the ability to prepare complex issues in a comprehensible and management-friendly manner. You have a sovereign appearance and pronounced communication skills.
