Your role Conception, planning and implementation of control systems for automated and partially automated machines for X-ray CT systems

Programming, development and adaptation of PLC programs (TIA Portal / STEP 7 / Codesys)

Integration of robot technology into plant automation and programming of robot technology

Creation of HMI/surfaces (visualization, operating concepts) for intuitive, secure system operation

Integration of bus systems (e.g. Profinet, EtherCAT) and connection to customer systems (e.g. control systems, databases, MES)

commissioning of the plants in our plants and the customer on site (including functional and safety tests)

troubleshooting and optimization of existing control programs to improve cycle times, process stability and operating comfort

Documentation of control and software solutions (e.g. function descriptions, user instructions) in cooperation with the specialist departments

Close cooperation with mechanical, electrical and software development to implement practical and robust solutions for our customers

Complete study of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable qualification (e.g. technicians with corresponding professional experience in PLC programming)

Practical experience in PLC programming, ideally with Siemens TIA Portal / STEP 7

Knowledge of HMI/visualization systems (e.g. WinCC, Codesys Visualization or comparable tools)

Experience in handling fieldbus and industrial Ethernet systems (e.g. Profinet and EtherCAT)

Good understanding of automated machines and systems, as well as associated conveyor technology, in particular drive and robot technology

Structured and solution-oriented working, paired with “hands-on” mentality

Ready to travel for commissioning and service operations at the customer

Good knowledge of German and English
