Security Specialist – Vulnerability Management & Compliance (m/f/d)

In this role, you take a central role: you analyze weaknesses, translate regulatory requirements into concrete measures and actively shape processes, tools and standards – technically deep, professionally precise and with real impact on our security landscape. Vulnerability Evaluation – you conduct deep technical analyses and evaluations of vulnerabilities in a precise and structured way Regulatory Translation – From CRA, NIS2 and BDEW 3.0 you will take concrete technical and organizational measures Workflow Design – Efficient processes for vulnerability assessment are developed and implemented Risk Prioritization – vulnerabilities can be found using CVSS and other scoring systems Team Collaboration – As a professional savings partner, you support colleagues in the security environment Compliance Enablement – When implementing regulatory security requirements, you actively participate Tooling & Automation – You develop analysis and evaluation tools and automate recurring steps Security Expertise – The expansion of our security standards and methods will drive you ahead with your expertise

Vulnerability Know-how – Experience with vulnerability analyses and common scanning tools will help you with Risk Scoring Skills – With CVSS and prioritization of technical risks, you are sure and structured to Regulatory Expertise – NIS2, BDEW 3.0 and CRA are familiar to you and you can classify requirements Product Security – Product Security Lifecycle knowledge Tech Stack – Skills are beneficial in SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Linux, Ansible or Programming that you like to introduce Working Style – Self-Employed, Structured, Dedicated and Eager to Work in Day Business Communication – You can communicate safely in German; English knowledge at a good level complete your profile Security Mindset – High self-responsibility and genuine passion for cyber security
