Dispatcher for dangerous goods (m/f/d)

You plan and organize national and international road transports You make sure all transports run smoothly and cost-effectively You are the first contact for our customers (public clients), transport partners and colleagues in the house You monitor ongoing orders and pay attention to quality and costs You check invoices and credits from transport partners You take care of inquiries and complaints from our customers and first report You collect important data in our transport system

You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally a merchant/w/dwoman for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d), forwarding businessman/w/d) Ideally, you already have knowledge in the area of hazardous goods and know what to look for here You have experience in the disposition or planning of transports You have already worked with MRP Software or Transport Management Systems You bring fluent German (min. C1 level) and English knowledge (min. B2 level) with You are communicative, service-oriented and like to work in the team You work independently, carefully and are well organized Note: In order to meet the requirements of this position, a perfect guidance certificate (maximum 3 months old) is required. We will inform you in the further application process when you should apply for the guidance certificate. If we ask you to apply for the guidance certificate, we will of course gladly refund the costs incurred.
