Truck handling including testing of cargo securing Organisation, coordination and allocation of transport orders Control and monitoring of operational transport and loading processes Ensuring scheduled order processing Direct contact person for construction sites and operational communication with construction sites, forwardings and internal interfaces Creation, testing and management of transport and shipping documents independent analysis and processing of deviations in the daily business Monitoring compliance with quality, safety and appointment requirements

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics services Professional experience in disposition, dispatch processing or logistics of advantage Good knowledge of German in word and writing for secure communication with customers, construction sites and internal contact persons Secure handling of MS Office and common ERP systems Structured, independent and responsible operation Embossed team and communication skills Organisational skills, flexibility and commitment Willingness to work in shiftwork
